Australia Shipping Times

All jewellery is made to order. Please expect a wait time of 1-2 weeks until your jewellery is made and dispatched.

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping may fluctuate from previously depicted values found in promotional material, on the site and on product pages. This is primarily determined by carrier rates, as well as the volume and weight of the order.

Batblood is not yet legible for bulk shipping discounts. As such, shipping costs may fluctuate reasonably.

We endeavorΒ to keep theΒ cost of shipping as low as possible, typically offering free shopping over a nominated order value threshold. Alternatively, we may offer discounted shipping in conjunction with limited time promotional offers.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Please note, all orders are handmade and can take a total of 1-2 weeks before the item is shipped. Express postage orders are priority and can be expected to dispatch 1 week after ordering.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping toΒ a limited number of continents andΒ countries around the world. There are some locations we are unable to ship to.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive tracking information as soon as your chain has been posted. You will receive an email confirmation once processed. You can expect your tracking to be available 1-2 weeks after ordering.

Terms and Conditions

Some delays may occur beyond the influence of Batblood.

All customers must complete their payment before orders are processed, picked, packed and dispatched.

Tracking will be made available, dependent on the nominated carrier selected.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Liability

Any issues relevant to LOSS/DAMAGE in transit are not the responsibility of Batblood. Batblood is not required to provide a replacement/store credit/refund/any other substitute. However, out of goodwill, Batblood may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis at their sole discretion. All loss and damage queries must be directed to the nominated carrier directly as responsibility for the order is transferred to the carrier once the order has been dispatched.
