Batblood cannot accept returns. We do not have the infrastructure in place to facilitate this.

In the unlikely scenario of product defects, please bring this to our attention using the 'contact' form, found in the main menu. Otherwise, email us directly "contact@batblood.com.au". We will endeavor to make this right for you!

If any product defects are presented to us within 7 days of receiving your item, at our discretion we may offer store credit, partial refunds, full refunds, replacements or any reasonable substitute out of good will.
